We know the sixteen opponents the Jets will have.
Well really, we know fourteen of the sixteen for each season from now until the end of time (or until the NFL changes its scheduling processes). Each year, the Jets play a home and home series against the other three teams in the AFC East, four games against an entire division in the AFC, four games against an entire division in the NFC (both done on a rotating basis), and two games against the teams from the other AFC divisions who finished in the same spot in the standings as the Jets the previous season.
Next year, the divisions the Jets will face are the NFC South and the AFC West.
Does that make sense? If not, don’t worry about it. You only need to know the opponents. They are listed below. The actual schedule will not be announced for a few months.
