Bengals vs Texans Game Thread

Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

Saturday Night Football, Week 16. Tonight we have an AFC matchup between the 5-8-1 Cincinnati Bengals and the 8-6 Houston Texans, in balmy Houston, Texas.

The Bengals come into the game with little to play for other than pride. Cincinnati has only won two of their last seven games and realistically their playoff hopes died weeks ago.

The Texans are somehow tied for first place in the AFC South despite getting awful quarterback play from their former $72 million starter, Brock Osweiler. Osweiler has been so awful that the Texans made a rare late season switch to Tom Savage despite being in first place in their division. I can't remember the last time I saw a first place team replace a healthy starting quarterback in the starting lineup.

It's Tom Savage's team now, and it will be interesting to see how the former Rutgers product performs under the pressure of a playoff run these last two games.

Enjoy the game everybody. Leave your comments below. As always please don't post or ask for links to illegal streams of the game.
