Jets Fantasy Football: Championship Week

Which Jets Should You Start This Week Against the Pats?

The Jets play the Patriots in the Championship game final week of Fantasy. If you are in the title hunt, good luck to you. We all play for the bragging rights (definitely not the *donation* the winner gets at the end). If you are looking for a spark this week from any Jets there are slim pickings. The name at the top of most lists for the Jets will be Bilal Powell. He will get a ton of touches similar to last week. He got a lot of looks through the air which is a trend that will continue.

Bryce Petty will be facing Matt Patricia’s defense so he will likely look confused at times. Brandon Marshall and Quincy Enunwa had big games the last time they played the Patriots, but that may slow down this week with Petty under center. Marshall will get looks and Enunwa will get his chances on a few deep shots. They are both big boom/bust players in a championship.

The Jets defense should sit if you even are still holding them on your roster. Look for Tom Brady to continue to be Tom Brady. Best situation is the Jets offense controls the clock and tries to just keep Brady on the sidelines.

Happy Holidays to all, and maybe if we all ask Santa for a playoff quality quarterback another year in a row it will finally happen……………We can only hope………
