In the first half neither the Jets nor the Dolphins could stop the other's offense. The first five drives of the game resulted in scores, with the difference being the Dolphins scored touchdowns while the Jets twice settled for field goals. The Jets did some nice things, dominating the yards gained and stopping the Dolphins' primary weapons, but got hurt by penalties and secondary weapons.
The Jets find themselves trailing to start the second half, with the Dolphins scheduled to get the ball first. The Jets will need to find a way to score touchdowns while stopping the Dolphins from doing the same in the second half if the Jets are to emerge with a win in Miami.
