Decker suffered a torn rotator cuff early in the season, which likely ended his 2016 campaign after only 3 games and 9 catches. His absence in the offense has been clearly felt through the year after his 12-touchdown, 1,027-yard campaign a year ago helped lift the offense.
Decker's ability to recover in time for the start of the 2017 season has been murky so it is good to hear he is on a timetable to be healthy.
