AFC Playoff Picture: Jets Nowhere Close

New, comments
Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

One game remains in Week 10 of the 2016 NFL season, but the AFC standings shows why the Jets are likely finished. Even if the team is able to get its act together, which seems very unlikely given what we have seen this season, the team finds itself four full games out of the last Wild Card spot in the AFC Playoff picture with only six games remaining in the 2016 season. As things stand right now, it will might require 11 wins to get a Wild Card in the AFC, and even if the Jets ran the table, they would be at 9-7.

The current AFC Playoff picture is posted below for your viewing pleasure.

1. Kansas City 7-2
