The 3-5 Los Angeles Rams travel across the country to take on the 3-6 New York Jets today at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Today marks the debut of Bryce Petty as a starting quarterback in the NFL. Petty will be replacing an ailing Ryan Fitzpatrick. Petty will not have an easy defense to face in his debut. The Rams, like the Jets, have one of the most talented defensive lines in the NFL, led by star defensive tackle Aaron Donald. The Jets makeshift offensive line will have its hands full trying to keep Petty upright in this game.

If Petty and the Jets can manage to avoid turnovers the Jets may be able to earn a victory against a Rams team that has had almost as many problems as the Jets turning the ball over. The Rams quarterback Case Keenum is one of the worst starting quarterbacks in the NFL and if the Jets can get pressure on him there should be opportunities for turnovers.
