Final Score: Jets 31, Browns 28

A tale of two halves.

Scott R. Galvin-USA TODAY Sports

It was the best of halves, it was the worst of halves.

The New York Jets were dominated by the Cleveland Browns in the first half to the tune of a 20-7 halftime deficit.  The Jets couldn't stop Terrelle Pryor, who repeatedly embarrassed Darrelle Revis in compiling a 99 yard first half.

The Jets ran the ball well but couldn't get anything going in the passing game in the first half, finishing the half with just 30 yards passing on a 3 for 14 nightmare from quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick.

The second half saw a complete reversal of fortunes for the two teams. Terrelle Pryor was shut out until a late two point conversion.  The Jets defense shut out the Cleveland offense in the second half until a garbage time touchdown.  The Jets offense got untracked and the passing game started to click with Brandon Marshall and Quincy Enunwa leading the way.  The Jets dominated the second half in outscoring the Browns 24-0 until a late touchdown tightened up the final score.

In the end it was a road win against a winless team.  It wasn't pretty but the Jets will take it.
