NY Jets Injury Report

The Jets are hurting at multiple positions.

Ed Mulholland-USA TODAY Sports

The final injury report for the New York Jets' week 8 game against the Cleveland Browns shows a number of starters and key backups not expected to suit up for the game.

Offensive tackle Brent Qvale and inside linebackers Bruce Carter and Darron Lee are out for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns.   Center Nick Mangold and cornerback Buster Skrine are listed as doubtful, meaning the Jets do not expect them to play on Sunday.  Neither player practiced this week.

Darryl Roberts is expected to fill in for Skrine.  Marcus Williams will likely play outside cornerback in the two cornerback depth package, then in the slot in the nickel package. Roberts will likely play outside in three-cornerback sets. Wesley Johnson should start in place of Nick Mangold.

Julian Stanford is expected to get his first start as a Jet next to David Harris at inside linebacker in place of Darron Lee.

Tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins is also listed as doubtful and is not expected to play.  Seferian-Jenkins has been dealing with a high ankle sprain, an injury that can linger for many weeks.

Defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson and left tackle Ryan Clady are listed as questionable for Sunday's game.
