Muhammad Wilkerson and Brandon Marshall Named Second Team All Pro

Kevin Jairaj-USA TODAY Sports

The Associated Press announced its 2015 All Pro team today. No Jets were on the first team, but a pair of them made the second team.

Muhammad Wilkerson was a second team All Pro defensive end. Wilkerson led the Jets with 12 sacks, which were a career high and ranked sixth in the league. This is the second time he has made an All Pro second team. The first time was two years ago. He finished third among defensive ends behind JJ Watt and Khalil Mack with 8 votes. Wilkerson also got a vote as a defensive tackle.

Brandon Marshall was a second team All Pro wide receiver. He sparked life into the Jets offense with 109 catches, 1,502 yards, and 4 touchdowns. For the first time in recent memory, the Jets had a game-changing threat on offense because of Marshall. He finished with 3 votes, tying Odell Beckham, Jr. for third behind Antonio Brown and Julio Jones. He was a first team All Pro in 2012.

Damon Harrison and Darrelle Revis also received votes for the Jets but neither made the first or second team.
