The Pro Bowl is tonight in Hawaii. For the third straight year, this is not a battle of AFC All-Stars vs. NFC All-Stars. Instead two legends held a fantasy draft earlier in the week of the players. The two playing for the Jets, Chris Ivory and Nick Mangold, will both suit up for Jerry Rice's team.
Ivory will share a backfield with Doug Martin and Adrian Peterson. Mangold will share snaps at center with Eric Wood.
When you look at the rosters, you see how little meaning the Pro Bowl has. The NFL is a league where quarterbacks are stars. The best ones are either skipping the game or in the case of Cam Newton playing in the Super Bowl next week. No offense to Teddy Bridgewater or Tyrod Taylor. These guys had nice seasons, but I don't exactly think of superstar quarterback play when I think of these guys in 2015.
