The East-West Shrine Game is this Saturday. It is a college all-star game. The Shrine Game typically does not have the very best prospects. They go to the Senior Bowl. There does tend to be a lot of draftable lower level talent so teams send representatives to scout. They also spend time with players.
Which ones have the media caught the Jets spending time with?
Joel Stave, QB, Wisconsin
#Badgers QB Joel Stave was among the players that the Jets spoke with today at @Shrine_Game practice. https://t.co/wbIna2Ixo1

Keenan Reynolds, QB (Likely Transitioning to Another Position in the NFL), Navy

Anthony Zettel, DL, Penn State
Anthony Zettel had a meeting with the Jets, which should terrify other AFC East teams (via @NFLDraftInsider). https://t.co/Yzkx6ROgMj

Do not draw too many conclusions from this list. The Jets spending time with a player does not necessarily indicate a deep interest. This is part of the process. It is due diligence, and the meeting might not go well. It could make the Jets less apt to draft a player. Also keep in mind there are meetings with players the media does not discover so this is a partial list.
Here is one final note from the Shrine Game.
#Jets GM Mike Maccagnan is one of the few general mangers present at the East-West Shrine game. Staying true to his scouting background.
