Jets vs. Eagles: 5 Bold Predictions

Go big or go bold

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The Jets are now 2-0 on the season, but what everyone is talking about is how I finally got a bold prediction right last week. With the Eagles coming up, I intend to improve my streak of not being completely wrong to 2 games. Disclaimer:  A Bold Prediction is something that is neither probable nor impossible. Bold Predictions are not meant to be likely to happen, but they must be achievable. Predicting that Zac Stacy will run for 500 yards this week is not a Bold Prediction. Claiming that Brandon Marshall will have at least 1 reception is also not a Bold Prediction. Predicting that Ryan Fitzpatrick leading the NFL in passer rating this week, on the other hand, certainly qualifies (any week.) Bold Predictions are unlikely, but possible. Here are mine:

1) The Jets defense outscores the Eagles offense in the first half.

2) Jeremy Kerley leads the Jets in receiving and scores 2 touchdowns.

3) The Jets force a turnover in every quarter.

4) Mark Sanchez ends up playing and throwing an interception to Darrelle Revis.

5) Calvin Pryor leads the Jets in tackles and adds another forced fumble.

Bonus Prediction: Ryan Fitzpatrick scores a rushing touchdown.

What about you?  What are your Bold Predictions for the Jets against the Browns?
