The Jets have plenty of bodies at guard this season. It isn't clear how much quality there is so there figures to be some sort of competition. Today at OTA's there might have been a bit of clarity as to where things stand as Oday Aboushi reportedly saw the bulk of first team reps.

Bowles said Willie Colon has a sore knee. That is why Aboushi got all the work with the first team at RG. #nyj

Todd Bowles did indicate other players might have a chance at winning a starting spot at guard last week, but this might show the current hierarchy. Aboushi and Colon are the two incumbents. Colon has started for the Jets for two years. Aboushi grabbed a starting spot last October when Brian Winters got hurt. It seems like they will have the first crack at the right guard spot.
Given the amount of money the Jets invested in James Carpenter, it stands to reason he has the left guard spot locked down.
