Let's take a look at the current Jets projected offensive starting lineup against the projected lineup from a year ago. Keep in mind, these are not the only players who will see action. Players like Devin Smith and Zac Stacy, among others will likely see their fair share of playing time.
To keep the discussion devolving into a quarterback debate, I will push that question for now.
At fullback, I am giving the edge in the position battle to Tommy Bohanon. I could see J.C. Copeland overtaking him, but before camp, the edge has to go to the incumbent over the undrafted free agent.
I think Jace Amaro will pass Jeff Cumberland on the depth chart. I am also going with Oday Aboushi at guard, but that figures to be a crowded position battle. He gets the nod because he looked like he had the highest upside of the three guards who saw regular time last year.
Note the upgrade Brandon Marshall will be. Even though Stephen Hill didn't make the roster, the Jets did not get quality snaps from one receiver spot. That figures to change.
