Dan Kadar Mocks Randy Gregory To The Jets

We're one round into the 2015 NFL draft and based on that round, SB Nation are mocking round 2.

Just when you thought mock drafts were retired to the back of the cupboard for another year, I go and bring you another one.

Dan Kadar, the resident draft expert at SB Nation has released his 2nd round mock draft this morning. Obviously these picks have been made post the first round, and by the looks of it, he has tried to mix in some BPA options while not ignoring team needs completely.

So who does he have for the Jets?

33. Tennessee Titans - Jaelen Strong, WR, Arizona State

The Titans have bigger needs, but drafting Strong would pair Marcus Mariota with a potential No. 1 wide receiver.

34. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Tre Jackson, G, Florida State

If the Buccaneers want to maximize No. 1 overall pick Jameis Winston, they have to keep him upright.

35. Oakland Raiders - Eddie Goldman, DT, Florida State

After passing on Leonard Williams in the first round, some of that sting can be taken away by picking Goldman. When he's giving good effort he can be unstoppable.

36. Jacksonville Jaguars - Jay Ajayi, RB, Boise State

The draft's third-best running back seems like an easy fit in Jacksonville.

37. New York Jets - Randy Gregory, OLB, Nebraska

Gregory is an enigma off the field, but his talent is too great to overlook.

You know my feeling on the matter, I would prefer DGB in this scenario, but if we ended up with Gregory I would be delighted. This defense is already a special one, when you had Leonard Williams and Randy Gregory to the likes of Revis, Mo, Sheldon and Cro, you have the potential to be the most dominant unit in the NFL.

I imagine a lot of people would be happy with this.
