New York Jets Fined $100,000 for #TamperGate

The New York Jets have officially been fined $100,000 for Woody Johnson's stupid, yet innocuous, comments regarding Darrelle Revis while he was with the New England Patriots. Many people were concerned the team would lose a draft pick, some even laughably suggested a first rounder, so this is a slap on the wrist. $100,000 is, while a lot of money to most of us, chump change for the team and Johnson. Even still, let's hope Johnson learned his lesson, because the next time will surely cost a draft pick.
