Cooper and Peat to Visit Jets This Week

Chuck Cook-USA TODAY Sports

Kimberly Martin has news of a couple of first round Draft prospects visiting Florham Park this week.

Cooper was an All-American wide receiver at Alabama. He posted 124 catches, 1,727 yards, and 16 touchdowns in 2014 for the Crimson Tide. He is considered one of the top receiver prospects in a very good class at the position. If the Jets took Cooper, he would likely see a lot of time in the slot with Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker on the outside.

Peat is a tackle out of Stanford. Some project him as a left tackle. If the Jets took him, he would likely begin his career inside at guard or at right tackle in place of Breno Giacomini. He might eventually be D'Brickshaw Ferguson's successor.

What say you? Do you want either of these guys in green and white?
