Vickerson has been in the NFL since 2007. He has played stints with the Titans, Broncos, and Chiefs.
He does not profile as a starter with Muhammad Wilkerson and Sheldon Richardson on the roster and Damon Harrison likely to return. He could help fill the absence of Kenrick Ellis as a rotational player who comes in to give the starters a rest.
Vickerson has a reputation for being a solid run defender.
