The Jets are still hosting safety Marcus Gilchrist, however they also have a visit scheduled with Chris Conte if his reported deal with Tampa Bay doesn't go through.
Former Bears safety Chris Conte has a visit lined up to the Jets if the contract details with the Bucs fall through.

The former Bears safety is set to sign for Tampa Bay who in turn are looking to release Dashon Goldson. Obviously if he signs with the Bucs, he'll be reunited with Lovie Smith and a number of coaches who he played under in Chicago. Conte had 3 interceptions and 43 tackles last season in Chicago.
26 year old Conte isn't a bad player by any means and does have some playmaking ability as a free safety centre fielder. It looks as though he'll sign with Tampa Bay, but if he doesn't, I like the thought of bringing him in for a visit.
