Jets are showing interest in RB Roy Helu, according to a source. #nyj

Helu got his career off to a great start in 2011 by rushing for 640 yards on 151 attempts for a positive 4.2 yard per average. Last season Helu was very much a complementary back carrying the football just 40 times for 216 yards. Helu is a very reliable receiver out of the backfield, he caught 42 passes on 47 targets last season for 477 yards and 2 touchdowns. I'm a big Helu fan, he broke 26 tackles last year which is a fantastic number for only touching the ball 82 times. Adding him to Ivory and Powell would be a very positive move.
