Jets star cornerback Darrelle Revis made it out to the practice field for the first time today since suffering a concussion over two weeks ago. He didn't practice, but he was running on the side. This is another step in the concussion protocol, and a good step forward. There is hope that he can play this weekend against Tennessee, however he'll need to be fully cleared and practicing before he is even considered.
Antonio Cromartie and Nick Mangold also didn't practice, Cromartie was a little sore after the Giants game and Mangold was resting his hand, something he did last week as well. At this early stage, there is nothing to suggest that either player is in danger of missing the game this weekend.
Marcus Williams was out on the practice field with his helmet, although he too did not participate. We'll bring you more details once we receive Todd Bowles press conference notes. ALthough that's also a very good sign for the Jets.
If the Jets can get Williams and Revis back this week, we'll be close to full strength...which is vital for the play-off push. The good news is, Calvin Pryor participated fully after suffering a stinger against the Giants.
