New York Jets Wide Receivers Break Several Records

Jim O'Connor-USA TODAY Sports

Here are some cool stats:

  • Brandon Marshall is now the first wide receiver in National Football League history to have six 100+ catch seasons.
  • Marshall also set the franchise record for the most receptions in a season. The previous record was 93, as set by Al Toon in 1988.
  • Marshall and Eric Decker broke Cris Carter and Randy Moss' record for most games in a season where both receivers each have a touchdown in the same game, with eight.

What a time to be alive.
