The Jets are in the middle of the Wild Card chase. Throughout the season, you frequently hear people call a given game a "must win" game. These games seldom are, though. Today's game is a different. This is a must win game for the Jets. If New York beats the rival Patriots, the Jets at the very least guarantee they will be alive entering next week's games. With a loss, the Jets' postseason hopes will drop to close to zero.
The Patriots are banged up. They enter this game missing a number of key contributors. This New England team has been dealing with injuries all season, however. They still have a 12-2 record. This is not going to be an easy game, but making the Playoffs is not easy.
