The Jets made numerous roster moves today.
We have activated WR Quincy Enunwa and signed DE Mike Catapano to the active roster, placed RB Zac Stacy on IR and waived S Ronald Martin.

The Enunwa/Stacy switch was expected. The Jets had confirmed days ago that Stacy's season was over, and they needed to clear a roster spot for Enunwa as his suspension ended. Stacy was acquired for a seventh round pick back during the Draft. He only ran for a disappointing 2.9 yards per run. He also returned kickoffs for a poor 20.4 average and showed poor judgment in deciding when to run kicks out of the end zone. It is fair to wonder whether this is the end of his Jets career.
The Catapano/Martin switch was due to injuries. Martin was brought up from the practice squad last week when injuries left the Jets thin at safety. This week, Calvin Pryor is back, but Sheldon Richardson is banged up so the Jets added an extra body on the defensive line.
