Jets vs. Raiders Second Half Thread

New, comments
Cary Edmondson-USA TODAY Sports

It was a brutal first half for the Jets, and the Raiders lead Gang Green 21-6 at halftime. It was a particularly ugly half for the vaunted Jets secondary. Derek Carr threw for 178 yards and 3 touchdowns.

To make matters worse for the Jets, Ryan Fitzpatrick was knocked out of the game on the first series with a hand injury. Geno Smith came into the game. Smith has been neither great nor awful so far. It is not clear how much it really matters. Dan Marino could not win a game with the way the secondary is playing. Oakland scored a touchdown on its first three series, and the Jets have not forced a punt.

The Raiders get the ball to start the second half. The Jets really need to turn it around. Leave your second half thoughts below. As always, we ask you to neither ask for nor provide links to illegal broadcasts of NFL games over the internet.
