There's no indication if this is the same restaurant they treated Eric Decker to before they signed him, but it's presumably a good sign for those who want Mike Maccagnan. This would seemingly be the last step before they hire him and confront the head coaching search head on. After two interviews, it seems hard to imagine that Johnson will suddenly find he doesn't like Maccagnan, unless of course Maccagnan commits a faux pas like eating his salad with his main course fork (heaven forbid).
