Although it hasn't been made official by the official Jets website, it's now widely believed that the Jets will hire both Rex Hogan and Brian Heimerdinger to work in their front office.
Rex Hogan will join as director of college scouting and Brian Heimerdinger will receive a prominent front office position, however at the moment it's unclear what that position will be.
Scott wrote about Brian Heimerdinger last week and you can read that HERE and Rex Hogan HERE.
We fully expect both hires to be made official early next week, considering Chicago has released Rex Hogan from his contract, allowing him to join the Jets.

The Jets are also hiring Rams scout Brian Heimerdinger to a prominent front-office role. St. Louis let him out of his deal.

Consider all this a win for new Jets GM Mike Maccagnan. Generally, a new GM can't shape group until after the draft. Maccagnan doing it now.
