While it isn't much of a surprise, Ian Rapoport confirms there are four people in the room during the interview process for general managers and head coaches.
#Jets team of Woody Johnson, Ron Wolf, Charley Casserly & Neil Glat met with Trent Kirchner last night. With Dan Quinn & Tom Cable today

Johnson is of course the owner. Wolf and Casserly are consultants for the Jets in this search.
Glat is only going to be present in case any business needs arrive, but the football people will be responsible for the interview.
The fate of the next four years of the franchise rest on the ability of these four men to make the correct evaluations and hires.
