How close are we to naming our new head coach and general manager? If you believe the media, it could come as early as Wednesday or Thursday next week. I had to catch-up myself, so I thought it would be wise to share this with everyone else. John wrote a great article a couple of days ago just summarizing the search so far, and I'm just adding to that here with some status updates.
My preference would be to have Trent Kirchner as the new GM, a strong scouting background in a winning franchise. However anyone with any scouting background would be preferable to what we've had.

Now the Head Coach Candidates
With the likes of Todd Bowles and Gary Kubiak being involved in the Wild-Card games this week, if the other candidates don't blow us out the water, the head coaching search could drag on a little longer.
