New Year's Day College Bowl Open Thread

We have five more college football bowl games today.

At noon Eastern, Auburn plays Wisconsin in the Outback Bowl.

At 12:30 Eastern, Michigan State plays Baylor in the Cotton Bowl.

At 1:00 Eastern, Minnesota plays Missouri in the Citrus Bowl.

At 5:00 Eastern, Oregon plays Florida State in the Rose Bowl.

At 8:30 Eastern, Alabama plays Ohio State in the Sugar Bowl.

The Rose Bowl and Sugar Bowls are also semifinals in the College Football Playoff.

The Granddaddy of Them All features a matchup between Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota, who are likely to be the first two quarterbacks picked in the upcoming NFL Draft.

This is a thread to comment about New Year's Day college football games. There are a lot of NFL Draft prospects worth looking at beyond the quarterbacks, but I'm sure there will be plenty of talk about Jameis and Marcus in the early evening hours here.
