The Jets and Raiders do not kick off until Sunday, but the NFL season begins tonight. The Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks host the Green Bay Packers. It sounds like a treat. Aaron Rodgers against the Seattle defense. It is also a rematch of a bitter Monday night game from two years ago that had as controversial of a finish as any early season game in recent NFL history.
Before that the Jets will continue their preparation for Oakland. Antonio Allen seems on track to start Sunday at cornerback. Dee Milliner seems like he will miss the game, which is what most were expecting.
Discuss the Jets and the start of the NFL season below. Our Twitter widget is embedded at the bottom of this post. As always, let us know if any writer should be added. I also ask that you use discretion if you choose to talk about the Quincy Enunwa situation.
