Antonio Allen had full participation at practice today for the Jets. He remains on track to start this Sunday against the Raiders at cornerback. Second year cornerback Dee Milliner was among those who didn't participate at all on the Gang Green side. Barring a miracle, he seems unlikely to play come Sunday.
