According to TMZ, and now confirmed by Rex Ryan since he just said it's an ongoing legal matter, practice squad and draft pick Quincy Enunwa was arrested after a fight in a hotel. The victim suffered minor injuries, and Enunwa was booked and released.
In my expert legal opinion, this doesn't sound like much of a big deal. Especially since he wasn't arraigned and was released immediately. That said, there is a troubling trend of New York Jets players arrested or getting into trouble since John Idzik was hired and Steve Yarnell, the former head of security, retired. Between Mike Goodson, Kellen Winslow, and now Enunwa, the team has been taking some on character risks that aren't quite panning out the way they used to. It may just be a reversion to the mean, but it's something to keep an eye on.
