According to Rex Ryan:
Rex is "confident" that Dee Milliner will play vs chargers #nyj

Dee Milliner had a high ankle sprain, which turned into a quad injury. However, it seems that after several weeks off, Milliner is finally health and will play against Philip Rivers and the San Diego Chargers. Rivers has been on a tear this year, so it's good to have as many cornerbacks as is possible. If Milliner can continue to develop and play like he did towards the end of last season, the defense has a chance at slowing down Rivers. At the very least, it will hopefully mean less of David Harris in coverage. If Milliner is rusty, the New York Jets may be in for a long day.
