Many fans have seen Geno Smith struggle, and have subsequently called for his backup in Mike Vick. However, both Sheldon Richardson and Eric Decker are standing behind Smith.

Obviously, you aren't going to see teammates come out and publicly criticize their quarterback, especially when the whole offense is struggling. That said, it's still interesting to see how strong their public support is of Smith. He's going to need all the support he can get.
