Tonight the 2014 NFL preseason opens in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio, between the New York Giants and the Buffalo Bills. It's the annual game that follows the Hall of Fame enshrinement ceremony.
I'll be honest. Every year when the preseason schedule comes out, I hold my breath and hope the Jets don't end up playing in this game. It's a fifth preseason game, which means it's an extra opportunity for important players to get hurt. I'm thankful that once again the Jets are not in this one.
If you really, really, really miss football or want to skip the Yankees against the Red Sox, I guess this is the game for you. It's the NFL, sort of, kind of. I mean it beats reading about practices on Twitter...I guess.
Enough of me pumping you up to watch this one. Leave your thoughts on the preseason opener below.
