Jalen Saunders Will Miss Game vs. Giants

Jalen Saunders missed Saturday night's game against the Bengals after something mysteriously happened when he was driving on Friday. He will also be out this week against the Giants.

Much effort has been put into trying to figure out what is up with Saunders by the beat writers. We have few concrete answers despite that effort so it is not worth speculating.

This is probably a tough break for Saunders as he tries to make the roster. He isn't necessarily a lock, and his work as a punt returner in the Colts game, where he twice broke the cardinal rule of never going backwards, wasn't particularly impressive.
