Willie Colon made steps forward, but things were mixed on the injury front.
First round pick Calvin Pryor, injured over the weekend, was still a no go with his concussion.

In some good news, another rookie Quincy Enunwa was back after being injured on the first day of practice.

There were some indications Pryor and Amaro are making progress, and they are the two most important. They are adjusting to the NFL, and both are likely to have a diverse set of roles to learn. Hopefully they both get back soon.
