A few days into training camp for the New York Jets, and perhaps the most comforting sight has been both Geno Smith and Mike Vick at the top of their game. Both are reportedly playing extremely well, and Smith in particular has been far more comfortable in the offense as he takes roughly 70-75% of the first team snaps.
.@KimJonesSports tells @NFLNetwork that Geno Smith looks 'more comfortable, in control' at Jets camp, while Eric Decker looks 'great.'

Geno with a beautiful fade in corner of end zone to Nelson. (Wildon on coverage) but ref said Nelson didn't get two feet inbounds

David Nelson gathers in Geno spiral in corner of end zone over Kyle wilson for TD in 11-on-11. Geno throwing sharply in today's practice.

Team drill. Hill beats bump and run coverage from Patterson and hauls in deep ball from Geno along right sideline. #NYJ

Geno read option caught the entire defense off guard. Was gone. We're going to see a lot more of that type of offense this season. #Jets

Geno is 3-6 so far today, but all three incompletions have been on drops (Hill, Kerley, Shaq Evans).

As for Vick, he too is having a good camp so far:
Vick fakes the end around to Salas and rolls left for an easy TD toss to Sudfeld. Nice design. #NYJ

Vick and Sudfeld hook up again. Sudfeld having a really nice practice. #NYJ

Big collision between Ford and Bush as Vick tried to squeeze in a deep ball over the middle. Bush breaks it up and everyone is OK. #NYJ
