Jets guard Willie Colon is off the PUP list and was back at practice today. Colon suffered a biceps injury in the 2013 finale and underwent offseason knee surgery.

He apparently isn't all the way back, though.
Doesn't appear that Colon will be doing team drills today, but positive development, of course, that's he's off PUP. #Jets

That's no big surprise. He is coming back from injuries so his conditioning probably isn't where it needs to be just yet. The fact he came off PUP does show that his condition has improved, which is good news.
Hopefully he will be fully participating soon since he has a new right tackle to get comfortable with before the regular season begins in a few weeks.
