Amaro seems to be walking OK. The fact that he's staying out here is a good sign that it's not too serious. #NYJ

Amaro said he's been dealing with a sore tendon in his knee since OTAs. Said it was a product of having few breaks since last summer.

It was a rough weekend for the Jets with their top two picks getting injured. Hopefully Amaro will be back as quickly as he thinks he will. Camp is relatively important for rookies as they learn the playbook and responsibilities. Every bit of time before Week 1 is valuable.
