We knew that Cumberland had been out for a personal issue. Today we found out there was unfortunately a tragedy in his family.
Jets TE Jeff Cumberland told me his uncle passed away, which is why he missed the first 2 days of camp.

Our deepest condolences go out to Jeff and his family in this sad time.
Ivory had been out with a hamstring issue. Rex Ryan said it was minor. Apparently this was the case, and that is good news. Ivory has a history of hamstring ailments so it was a little unnerving to hear about something so early. It sounds like he's good to go now.
