Brian Costello noticed during practice that Chris Ivory was missing.
I could be wrong but I don't think I've seen Chris Ivory in team drills #nyj

Rex Ryan later revealed the reason.
Rex says Ivory "has a little bit of a hamstring, but he's fine." #Jets

Hearing this news early in camp should not inspire the type of panic in the video you see above. Ivory has an fairly extensive history of hamstring issues, though, so this was about the last news the Jets needed to hear about him right off the bat.
Due to Ivory's history with hamstring injuries in addition to others, it would not be surprising to see the team treat him with caution and limit his workload in camp and the preseason. The important thing will be getting him ready for Oakland.
