The List

A list of all the prospects the NY Jets have met with leading up to the draft.

So far as I can tell, after consulting various sources, what follows is the complete list of all draft prospects the NY Jets have met with leading up to the NFL draft.  This includes the players the Jets have invited in for a visit, as well as players the Jets have met with at the Combine, at the Senior Bowl and/or East West Shrine Game, at Pro Days and in private interviews.  The Projected Draft Round is taken from CBS Sports Draft Big Board, and so may differ somewhat from where Scott, David, and other GGN staffers are predicting certain players will go.

There is a good chance many, if not most of the Jets' draft choices will come from this list.  A few things that stand out to me: as usual, the Jets do not value linebackers at all, with only two linebackers on the list projected to go higher than the 5th round.  For this year, the entire defensive front seven appears to be an afterthought, as does the entire offensive line and running back.  On the other hand, wide receiver, tight end, quarterback, and the defensive backfield all appear to be high priority positions, with wide receiver and cornerback apparently  most likely to go early.

What do you think?  Do you like this mix of players?  Who do you think the Jets will target early in the draft? Who are your favorite sleepers from this list?  Is there anything here that really disappoints you?  Let us know your thoughts.
