Joe Klecko on Quinton Coples

Quinton Coples' second season in the NFL was a disappointment. There are many theories as to why whether it be a position change, a preseason injury, or his lack of a motor. Jets defensive line great Joe Klecko believes it is the latter.

"A little bit of the time he looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane," former Jets great Joe Klecko said on WFAN Friday.

"I don’t know him at all, but understanding attitude and body language, he sometimes comes out there I think and thinks ‘Don’t you know who I am? I’m here,’" Klecko said. "He has to start proving that he is something to be reckoned with."

These are things many fans have commented. It is interesting to hear perhaps the second greatest player in franchise history and one who like Coples moved all over the defensive line hold the same views.
