Jets Focus Group

A little while back a story made it into the news that the Jets were conducting focus groups among fans. I was a bit surprised to see this end up earning a headline because I just assumed every team did stuff like that to try and figure out how to sell their product.

On this site we have a pretty good cross section of the fan base. With that in mind, I'd like to open up a thread asking you areas where you think the Jets can improve. It could be anything. You could talk about management, personnel, stadium experience, or anything else that comes to mind.

I couldn't tell you one way or another whether the team would take any of these suggestions to heart, but I am very interested to hear the ideas you have about ways in which the team could be run better and create a superior fan experience.
