The good news keeps coming. The Jets have announced they have agreed a contract with Shaq Evans and Tajh Boyd leaving just five rookies without a contract.
Boyd signed a four-year contract for $2.3 million which also includes a $79,000 signing bonus. Where as Evans signed a four-year deal for $2.67 million including a signing bonus of $450,000.
Rookies will take part in a mini-camp over the next two days. I fully expect the rest of the draft picks to be signed soon. With the rookie scale, there is very little to get caught up on outside the first round prospects.
