Jets Have Concerns About Chris Johnson's Knee?

Adam Schefter said today the Jets have some concerns about the condition of running back Chris Johnson's knee.

This is a pretty vague comment, but it seems kind of strange the Jets would invest in a back when arthritis could be a factor in the knee. I certainly don't have any idea what kind of condition the knee is in, but that would seem like something to worry about.

Johnson denies this is an issue.

"If the Jets had any concerns, pretty sure I wouldn't have passed the physical."

Touche.

Arthritis or not, Johnson's knee is something to watch, and it is a concern. He is coming off a season where he was plagued by a knee injury.
