The Jets tried to keep Austin Howard, but the numbers just didn't add up in the end and he bolted for Oakland. You can't blame the man, and I'm sure you'll all wish him well and no ill-feeling as he continues his career in Oakland. We've already covered the move from a tactical and financial point of view, so I'll let Austin say goodbye in his own words.
